Outside is off road parking and shared lawned gardens. Bray Cottage is ideally placed for the Jurassic coast, Sidmouth and its amenities, the coastal path or the cathedral city of Exeter.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking in car park 20 yards away. Shared lawned gardens with furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 1 mile. |

Sidmouth is an attractive coastal town in East Devon, on the estuary of the River Syd. Part of the Jurassic coastline it has cliffs at each end of its promenade, notable for their distinctive colour. Sidmouth has a population of about 15,000 but is popular with tourists who are looking for a quite, but varied holiday location.
Sidmouth has a good range of shops and restaurants, is easily accessible by road and bus, had good leisure and sporting facilities and a beach, which whilst mainly pebbled, is also sandy at lower tide.
